Your information will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be published on our website. Currently, 1200+ professionals (we may call them "instructors") registered on our system. As you may see, there is NO single insrructor name published on our website.

Confidentiality and Code of Ethics

By accepting "course assignment", SAHARA Group and instructor (or company/organization providing service) will get into a "Non-Disclosure (or Confidentiality) Agreement (NDA)"

Course Delivery

The course delivery is the most important act of all processes. We would like to bring to your attention the following, namely instructors expected to comply with the following requirements regarding timing, equipment, dress code, and course delivery.

Payment Terms

Please note that payments are done within four (4) weeks AFTER course completion. All fees are transferred through banks, and we always seek mutual understanding and professionalism.

Fees/Rates

The rate of instructors is based on various factors such as:

Specialization (the most important factor),
Number of participants:
- 1-3 pax = 1.0 X (Assume X is a certain amount agreed for 1/single person)

Course Material

As a company policy, we expect each instructor to prepare the course material himself/herself, because of the following reasons:

Respect for the instructor who prepared the material in the first place. We do not want someone prepare material and others re-use it. So, material will NOT be re-used. For each training session we ask instructor(s) provide material, even it's a repeated course.

New Course Proposal

Beside what is prepared and published on our website, we're open to suggestions from our valued insructors to propose new courses. In case you've an expertise not reflected in our current course offering list, please prepare a course outline using the template given in "TEMPLATES" link and send us ASAP.
